My name is Muriell Carlisle, for over 13 years, I’ve dedicated my life to making a positive impact on individuals, couples, groups, and families through the art of counseling. My journey has taken me across continents and through diverse settings, shaping my unique perspective on the human experience.

🌍 A Global Perspective: My counseling career began in psycho-social rehabilitation centers in Miami, where I honed my skills in helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health. My path led me to US military bases overseas in Germany and Italy, where I had the honor of providing support to service members and their families. This international experience broadened my understanding of the human psyche and the universal need for empathy and healing.

🌴 From Miami to Oregon: Born in the vibrant and culturally rich Nicaragua, I eventually found my home in the dynamic city of Miami, Florida, where I spent many years before embarking on my overseas journey. After several years abroad, I made a life-changing decision to settle in the serene landscapes of Oregon. I currently reside on a tranquil ranch in Southern Oregon, where I live with my loving husband, a crazy cat, and a delightful flock of chickens.

☕ Simple Pleasures: In the midst of my counseling endeavors and travels, I’ve discovered that life’s greatest joys often reside in the simplest of things. A wise book can transport us to different worlds, a hearty laugh can brighten the darkest days, and hiking through nature can nourish the soul. I find solace in meditation and cherish the moments spent savoring a great cup of coffee.

My name is Louise Strano-Cashin; for over 15 years I have worked across the non-profit sector in a variety of roles focused on humanistic and community development, social inclusion and the art of being well through an introspective and analytical lens.

I bring to my counseling practice with individuals and couples a unique blend of solution focused techniques grounded in integral psychology practices.

I am currently based in Miami, FL, but grew up in the countryside of PA. I first came to Miami in 2008 for graduate school and returned in 2016 after living in Oxford, England for five years.

I am a passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and helping others to find their inner peace. Spending time with those I love and care for along with traveling, reading a good book, having a good laugh, spending time in nature, and prioritize a little time each day for yoga and meditation help me keep the inner peace.

My name is Marina Grigorova and I am passionate about helping individuals through their journey of self-exploration, personal growth, healing, and becoming in touch with their innate resiliency and inner peace.

Utilizing eclectic, evidence-based, and holistic approaches, my 10 year of professional experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance abuse struggles, along with complex family dynamics and relational challenges. Whether you struggle with deep and traumatic emotional wounds, or you are looking to improve the quality of your everyday life and relationships, change is possible and attainable. Through developing a trusting therapeutic relationship, I am here to hold space and provide guidance with overcoming and persevering through your life’s unique and present difficulties.

I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I hope to earn your trust by creating a space in which you feel accepted, heard, and supported. My therapeutic style is warm, person-centered, solution-focused, mind-body techniques, and trauma-informed. Over the years as a therapist, I have worked with teens and adults around depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, relationship issues, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, ADHD and the LGBTQIA+ community and exploring identity.

With compassion, empathy and some humor, I am here to walk beside you as we navigate a path towards healing, transformation, and wellness in your life. Together we will identify patterns that exist in your life, build insight and coping skills drawn from your strengths, talk about the hard stuff as well as celebrate the unique goodness you bring to the world.

A few things about my personal life; I lived in Miami most of my adult life and recently moved to Ohio. I love hiking, outdoor experiences, humor, spending time with my children and friends. I also enjoy traveling.

We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others.

I have 15 years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults and adults. In addition to working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, etc., I have broader experience working with children of divorce, trauma, grief and LGBTQAI+ populations.

The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts. Topics and themes will present themselves during sessions and we will take time with them, using strategies and tools to develop awareness, understanding, insight and healing.

A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!

My name is Maria Fernanda, I’m currently studying Psychology. I hope to graduate soon with my B.A. and enroll in Mental Health Counseling Master Program. I’m originally from Colombia.

One of the things I value the most in life is self-growth and development. I enjoy every moment fully and consciously. I try not to judge situations or people but observe and learn from them.

One of the things I like to do the most is read, exercise, meditate, go for jogs and spend time with my family and friends.
